<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin coated carrier with a small load to environment, less production energy and high durability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a resin coated carrier formed by coating the surface of magnetic material particles with a resin comprises: heating the magnetic material particles; preparing resin particle adhesion magnetic material particles of which the resin particles are adhered on the surface of the magnetic material particles by spraying a dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing the resin particles made of the resin for coating the surface of the magnetic material particles in an aqueous dispersion medium to the magnetic material particles; and adding a mechanical impact force to the resin particle adhesion magnetic material particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
