The stamping apparatus (10) for wire rods used for molding fastener elements is provided with: a drive gear (41) and a driven gear (42) that mesh with each other; and a pair of stamping rollers (31, 32), which have flat cross-section portion-molding sections (51, 52) on the outer circumferential surface and which rotate coaxially as a unit with the respective gears (41, 42). A round hole (34a) is formed in the drive gear (41) and a long hole (33) is formed in the stamping roller (31). A first shaft (35a) of an eccentric pin (35) is inserted in the round hole (34a) and a second shaft (35b) of the eccentric pin (35) is inserted in the long hole (33). By rotating the eccentric pin (35) inside the round hole (34a), the phases of the pair of stamping rollers (31, 32) in the circumferential direction are adjusted, thereby making it easy to adjust slippage in the circumferential direction between the pair of stamping rollers and distances between the shafts and making it possible to form engaging heads with excellent engagement properties. |
