An array antenna constellation method and device, and an antenna array, the method comprising: generating a reference array on a coordinate plane; the reference array comprising a plurality of arrays; the arrays being reference array columns; the plurality of arrays being arranged equidistantly; each array comprising a plurality of first antenna elements, the first antenna elements in the array being arranged equidistantly; randomly generating a perturbed array in the coordinate plane; the number of second antenna elements comprised in the perturbed array being equal to the number of first antenna elements comprised in the reference array; the abscissa and the ordinate of the second antenna elements being greater than or equal to zero; superimposing the first antenna elements of the reference array and the second antenna elements of the perturbed array; obtaining the final array antenna in the coordinate plane, such that the non-uniform final array antenna has greater constellation degrees of freedom, thereby allowing for obtaining a lower side lobe level, while at the same time reducing mutual coupling between the antenna elements.
