PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device of a container which heats and welds a lid to a container by laser irradiation, securely presses the container and lid, and improves productive capacity by efficiently heating and welding without complicating or increasing in size.SOLUTION: A sealing device of a container includes: a rotary main shaft 24; rotation turret means 38 which is arranged around the rotary main shaft 24, and has a plurality of pockets along a circular conveying passage; a plurality of container support means (42) which correspond to the plurality of pockets, are arranged below the rotation turret means, and can revolve and rotate; a plurality of lid pressing means 44 which correspond to the respective container support means 42, are arranged above the rotation turret means, can revolve and rotate, and can relatively move up and down to the container support means; and a plurality of laser irradiation means 46 which revolve and irradiate the container 2 with the lid 14 pressed by the container support means and the lid pressing means with a laser to heat and weld the lid to the container. |
