PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a surface protective layer that has scratch resistance and three-dimensional moldability both in high levels, and a decorative resin molded article using the decorative sheet.SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has at least a surface protective layer on a substrate. The surface protective layer consists of a cured product of an ionization radiation-curable resin composition comprising at least a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) having a polycarbonate skeleton and a multi-functional (meth)acrylate (B), in which a mass ratio ((A)/(B)) of the urethane (meth)acrylate (A) having a polycarbonate skeleton to the multi-functional (meth)acrylate (B) ranges from 98/2 to 70/30. The multi-functional (meth)acrylate (B) is a silicone-modified urethane (meth)acrylate. |
