<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-adhesive short cut fiber usable for a sheet constituting a bag for extracting a palatable beverage, the sheet being less apt to shrink and having satisfactory dimensional stability during heat treatment.SOLUTION: A heat-adhesive short cut fiber is used for a wet-type sheet. A thermoplastic polymer constituting the fiber is a straight chain low density polyethylene having a melting point of 120-130°C. The straight chain low density polyethylene preferably has a melt flow rate of 25-45 g/10 minutes. The heat-adhesive short cut fiber is mixed with a main fiber into the wet-type sheet.</p> |
