<p>Disclosed is an improved process for production of relatively gel free high cis-1,4-polybutadiene by polymerizing 1,3-butadiene monomer in presence of organocobalt-alkyl aluminum catalysts and a cycloalkane solvent system, the improvement comprising conducting said process in a predetermined sequence avoiding alkyl or alkoxy substituted benzene as polymerization regulator.</p> |
