The present invention relates to a collision avoidance apparatus. A collision avoidance apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a transmission antenna part which includes first and second transmission antennas having different directions and a first switch which selects one of the first and second transmission antennas, a reception antenna part which includes first and second reception antennas having the same direction as that of the first and second transmission antennas and a second switch which selects one of the first and second reception antennas, and a transmission part which supplies an RF signal to the outside through one transmission antenna selected by the switching operation of the first switch, and receives an RF signal from the outside through on receiving antenna selected by the switching operation of the second switch. The transmission and reception part may include a signal delay part which delays the RF signal on at least one path of the transmission path and the reception path of the RF signal.
