PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a circuit and a battery are efficiently housed.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a semiconductor in which a first transistor, a second transistor and a secondary battery are provided on one substrate. A channel region of the second transistor has an oxide semiconductor. Moreover, the secondary battery has a solid electrolyte and can be manufactured in a semiconductor manufacturing process. In the meantime, a substrate can be used as a semiconductor substrate or a flexible substrate. The secondary battery has a function to be charged by radio.
