<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head that prevents peeling in a laminated substrate that composes a head body on the basis of the stress caused by the warpage produced as a result of the difference in linear expansion coefficient, and to provide a liquid jet head unit and a liquid jet apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid jet head includes: a nozzle plate with a nozzle opening for jetting liquid formed therein; a flow passage forming substrate provided with a pressure generation chamber communicating with the nozzle opening; a head body 20 including a pressure generator for applying pressure to the pressure generation chamber to cause the liquid to be jetted from the nozzle opening; and a fixing plate 70 where the head body is fixed. The fixing plate is provided with: an exposure opening 71 for exposing the nozzle opening; and through-holes 72, 73 formed in at least a portion of the surrounding of the exposure opening.
