The permanent magnet is annularly formed in a multipolar structure or annularly formed in a structure of multiple monopoles. The magnetic field section allows magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnet to flow in the axial direction and generates magnetic poles on an outer circumferential surface of the magnetic pole section. The magnetic field section has a plurality of sectors of the permanent magnet disposed annularly with magnetic field section slits interposed therebetween, each of the sectors having circumferential ends sandwiched between the magnetic material and being magnetized in the same circumferential direction. The magnetic pole section has a plurality of sectors of the magnetic material disposed annularly with magnetic pole section slits interposed therebetween.
