PURPOSE: A road facility fixing device and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a post from being separated from a road facility due to external force and to safely manage the road facility. CONSTITUTION: A road facility fixing device(100) comprises posts(110), a buried block(120), and filler(130). The posts are coupled to a road facility. The buried block comprises a vertical block(122) and a horizontal block(124). The vertical block has first reinforcing parts(123) having installation holes. The horizontal block is horizontally extended from the bottom end of the vertical block and has second reinforcing parts. The second reinforcing parts are extended from the first reinforcing parts. The gaps between the inner surfaces of the installation holes and the outer surfaces of the posts are filled with the filler, and the filled filler is integrated with the buried block.
