The present invention relates to a method for controlling an integrating heat meter and a management system for an integrating heat meter using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the management system for an integrating heat meter which is driven by a battery and is connected to a supply pipe to measure the heat quantity of water flowing in the supply pipe comprises: a heat quantity calculation module which measures the temperature and flow rate of water flowing in the supply pipe to measure the heat quantity of the water and displays the measured heat quantity; and a control module to control the operation of the integrating heat meter. The control module recognizes the detachment of the battery to display a predetermined error message when the battery is detached.
