PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass unit which enables a lighting device to be installed so that a step between the glass and an installation surface becomes small, and to provide a lighting device including the glass unit.SOLUTION: A glass member 32 having a step at an end part and a buffer member 34 disposed at the front surface side of a second glass plate 32b are sandwiched by an upper surface part 36a and a lower surface part 36b to reduce a step between a surface of the upper surface part 36a and a surface of a first glass plate 32a and a step between the surface of the upper surface part 36a and an installation surface. |
