An optical component (1) is an optical component including: a plastic base (2); and a multilayer film disposed on at least a surface having a greater curvature, of a front surface (2a) of the plastic base (2) and a rear surface (2b) of the plastic base (2), wherein the multilayer film has a maximum reflectivity of 3% to 50% in a wavelength range of 380 nm to 780 nm.
