<p>The invention relates to a light-transmissive roof or wall element made of sheet metal that is furnished at least in part with a plurality of holes and can be connected via at least one friction-fit connection to the lower construction, and comprises at least longitudinal projecting stiffening profiles and a cover layer made of translucent plastic, wherein abutting roof or wall elements are connected to one another by clamping elements reaching into or over one another. The cover layer consists of a molded article made of translucent plastic with side walls that contact at least the outer side surfaces of the stiffening profiles, the respective side walls being shaped in such a manner that they terminate at least underneath the upper edge of the respective stiffening profile. The molded article is fixed to the sheet metal roof or wall element at least at the outer surfaces of the stiffening profiles.</p> |
