Log processing unit (50) receives the data from the outside of node device (21) through first sending and receiving unit (90), and performs processing of reading the log information from log-information storage unit (45) to cause first sending and receiving unit (90) to send the log information irrespective of control unit (41) when the received data includes a log request command expressing a request for the log information.
