According to the present invention, a conditioning shampoo composition containing a glycerol derivative and fatty alcohol, with respect to the total weight of the composition, comprises: 0.1-0.5 wt% of the glycerol derivative represented by chemical formula 1; and 0.05-0.5 wt% of the fatty alcohol represented by chemical formula 3. In chemical formula 1, R_1 is a structural formula of chemical formula 2; and R_2-R_3 are independently equal to the R1, or hydrogen. In chemical formula 2, R_4 is an alkyl group having 0 to 20 carbon atoms; and R_5-R_6 are independently equal to the R4, or hydrogen; the total number of carbon atoms of R_4-R_6 is between 0 and 22; and x and y are integers and satisfy 1<=(x+y)<=4. In chemical formula 3, n is an integer between 8 and 22. The present invention can provide the shampoo composition having an excellent conditioning effect and enhanced remaining scent.
