<p>The present invention relates to a spiral pipe manufacturing apparatus, and a method to manufacture the same. According to the present invention, the spiral pipe manufacturing apparatus comprises: a die housing to accommodate and extrude an extruded product; a core prepared to be rotated on a center inside the die housing having a first uneven portion on an outer periphery of one end, and to extrude a provisional pipe extruded product to form a thickness and an internal cross section in the extruded product with the die housing; an inner mold having a second uneven portion in a form of male and a female combination at a distance away from the first uneven portion to form a flow path through which the provisional pipe extruded product is passing in a gap with the first uneven portion of the core to form a spiral groove by the first uneven portion and the second uneven portion in the provisional pipe extruded product linearly extruded from the die housing while being rotated with the core at the same time, and to rotate, extrude, and form a pipe; and an outer mold to support the inner mold to be rotated. The first uneven portion and the second uneven portion are arranged on an incline with respect to the linear extrusion direction of the provisional pipe extruded product.</p> |
