The present invention relates to a coffee bean roasting device. The device uses a portable gas burner even in an outdoor environment without electrical equipment to enable a user to roast the coffee beans according to the user′s own taste using a direct fire method. The user can directly check the cracking sound of the coffee beans while the coffee beans are roasted to select the coffee bean roasting degree according to the user′s taste. |
