<p>The present invention relates to a method for coating a static or moving metal substrate with a simple or complex shape, by means of an ultra-thin mineral/organic hybrid coating layer with a thickness comprised between 50 to 500 nm, deposited on the substrate: from an aqueous solution comprising oxide nanoparticles, under basic pH conditions, said substrate being at a temperature lower than 50° C., the total deposition and drying duration being less than 10 seconds, wherein the aqueous solution further comprises at least one pre-polymer.</p> |
