This invention provides an electro-optical module with reduced noise in driving voltage. The invention can include a power supply substrate that is arranged separately from the flexible substrate having a driver, so that the noise of the driving voltage supplied from the power supply substrate is reduced.

an electro-optical panel that has a plurality of pixels; a wiring substrate that is connected to the electro-optical panel; a driver that generates a signal to be supplied to the electro-optical panel; and a power supply substrate that generates a driving voltage driving the plurality of pixels, the driving voltage being supplied from the power supply substrate to the electro-optical panel through the wiring substrate, the wiring substrate being separate from the power supply substrate.
