<p>Disclosed are prostaglandin derivatives which are: 7- [(1R,2R,3R,5S)-2-(4,4-difluoro-3-hydroxyoctyl) -5-hydroxy-3-(2-tetrahydropyranyloxy)cyclopentyl]heptanoic acid, benzyl 7-[(1R,2R,3R,5S)-2-(4,4-difluoro-3-hydroxy octyl)-5-hydroxy-3-(2-tetrahydropyranyloxy)cyclopentyl] heptanate, benzyl 7- [(2R,4aR,5R,7aR) -2- (1,1-difluoropentyl)-2-hydroxy-6-oxooctahydro cyclopenta[b]pyran-5-yl]heptanate, methyl 7-[(1R,2S,3R,5S) -2-(t-butyldimethylsilyl-oxy methyl)- 5-hydroxy -3-(2-tetrahydropyranyloxy) cyclopentyl] heptanate; or methyl 7-[(1R,2S,3R,5S)-5-acetoxy-2-(t-butyl dimethylsilyloxymethyl)-3-(2-tetrahydropyranyloxy) cyclopentyl]heptanate.</p> |
