The present invention provides an apparatus for transferring graphene to minimize poor transfer. To achieve this, the apparatus for transferring graphene includes: a foil supply part to supply foil wherein graphene is formed; a film supply part to supply film to be stacked on the foil wherein the graphene is formed; and a stacking part to stack the foil having graphene supplied from the foil supply part on the film supplied from the film supply part. The stacking part includes: an air intake part to take air from a space between the foil having graphene and the film in a position wherein the foil having graphene and supplied from the foil supply part has not been stacked on the film supplied from the film supply part; and an air knife to apply compressed air to at least one among the foil having graphene and the film.
