<p>The breaker (1) has a blocking part (30) blocking a manual control lever (20) in an opening position. The part is carried by an external case (10) to move between a retracted position in which the part is placed inside the case and a deployed position in which a plate (33) of the part is arranged outside the case. The part mechanically interferes with the lever to oppose displacement of the lever to a closing position. A padlock (40) is connected and cooperated mechanically with a through-hole (32.3) of the part so as to retain the part in the deployed position relative to the case.</p> |
