<p>The installation (11) has a heat exchanger (4) transferring heat from calories of coolant toward air in a room or inversely. A transferring device includes a pipe with an upper opening (18) closer to an upper zone of the room and a lower opening (19) closer to a floor (1) so as to descend hot air from the upper zone of the room towards the floor by heating the room using the exchanger to operate the installation in a heating mode, or to increase amount of fresh air in the floor towards the upper zone by refreshing the room using the exchanger for operating the installation in a cooling mode.
