<p>According to a multi-language character input method of a smartphone of the present invention, a character is input as a character input unit comprising multiple regions to which each character symbol is assigned is displayed on a display unit of the smartphone and, when one region of the character input unit is touched, a character symbol, assigned to the region, is displayed on the character display unit of the display unit. The character input unit comprises at least first to tenth regions. In the first to tenth regions, each region is separated from other regions by displaying a character, assigned to a relevant region, or a number of 0-9. At least one character symbol is assigned to each of the first to tenth regions. The present invention can provide the multi-language character input method of a smart phone wherein a user not only can more quickly and correctly input characters without typos by using one finger or ten fingers if the user memorizes the character symbols assigned to the first to tenth regions but also can input characters in languages of various countries without limitation. Moreover, the user can input characters in an easy manner with the minimized number of touch.</p> |
