The present invention relates to a novel triazolopyrazine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating hyper proliferative disorder. The present invention can be useful as a therapeutic agent for various hyper proliferative disorders associated with excessive cell proliferation and growth caused by abnormal kinase activity, such as cancer, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathy, by efficiently inhibiting c-Met tyrosine kinase activity. |

A triazolopyrazine derivative represented by chemical formula 1: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: R1 to R3 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, 5- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, 5- to 6-membered heterocycloalkenyl, C1-C3 alkoxy substituted with 5- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, C1-C5 alkyl substituted with 5- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, C1-C3 alkoxy substituted with 5- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, phenyl substituted with halogen, acetyl piperazine, or piperazinyl carbonyl, or 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl substituted with 5- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl, hydroxy C1-C5 alkyl, or C1-C5 alkyl; wherein at least one of R1 to R3 is not hydrogen; R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl unsubstituted or substituted with C1-C5 alkyl, or phenyl substituted with cyano, halogen, or C1-C5 alkyl; wherein at least one of R4 and R5 is not hydrogen; and X is oxygen or carbon. |
