1. A method for screening an opioid-addicted patient to determine the patient's tolerance for a therapeutic dose of noribogaine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt and/or solvate thereof, the method comprising:
measuring the patient's pre-administration QT interval; administering to the patient a sub-therapeutic dose of noribogaine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and measuring the patient's post-administration QT interval. |
