PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power plant device including an emergency core cooling system by a rocket engine.SOLUTION: There is provided a nuclear power plant device including an emergency core cooling system for injecting high pressure water into the core by using a rocket engine similar to an air bag for an automobile, in order to prevent recurrence of the accident having occurred in the Fukushima nuclear accident, in which the whole emergency diesel engines were submerged by tsunami after the earthquake, and, as a result, a large amount of radiation was diffused to the outside of the power plant.
