PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device with a novel composition, which achieves reduction in power consumption and downsizing of a circuit.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device, when a configuration operation is started in a pass-transistor in a configuration memory, supply of H-level potential to a signal pass-node is stopped and subsequently, the signal pass-node is set at L-level potential, and configuration data is supplied to a memory potential holding node which is a gate of the pass-transistor, and after completion of the configuration operation, capacitive coupling is produced between the pass-transistor and the memory potential holding node by resuming of supply of H-level potential to the signal pass-node, and an increase in gate potential of the pass-transistor provides a boosting effect. With this configuration, a keeper circuit becomes unnecessary and reduction in power consumption and reduction in circuit area can be achieved. |
