PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect accurately a frequency of a sine component included in an input signal, and an amplitude and a phase thereof.SOLUTION: Fourier transform is performed by multiplying an input signal by a window function. The ratio of an amplitude between an output of a specific frequency bin obtained by performing Fourier transform and an output of a frequency bin near the frequency bin is calculated. A frequency of a sine component included in the input signal is detected from the ratio calculation result. An amplitude and a phase of the sine component are detected from the obtained frequency of the sine component included in the input signal.
