Disclosed are a method for selecting a D2D transmission resource pool and a D2D transmission UE. The method comprises: a D2D transmission UE selecting a target signal source according to reference signal strength of signal sources corresponding to D2D transmission resource pools and/or priorities of the signal sources; and the D2D transmission UE selecting a corresponding D2D transmission resource pool according to reference signal strength and/or a priority of the target signal source. Embodiments of the present application provide a solution for selecting a D2D transmission resource pool. The D2D transmission resource pool is selected according to the reference signal strength of a signal source and/or the priority of the signal source, so as to ensure that the D2D transmission UE while moving can select a suitable D2D transmission resource pool to transmit a D2D Discovery/Communication message. |
