PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress display deterioration (change) which occurs when writing frequency of a data signal to a pixel including a transistor is reduced (when a break period is lengthened) and also suppress flickers in display which occurs when the frequency of an alternating-current driving signal supplied to a signal line in the break period is reduced, in order to reduce power consumption of a display device.SOLUTION: As a transistor 111 provided at each pixel 107 of a display device, the transistor 111 comprising an oxide semiconductor layer 123 is applied, and the oxide semiconductor layer 123 is highly purified. |
