Provided is a droplet producing device (1) comprising an outer tube (2) and an inner tube (3) which is disposed inside the outer tube (2) and feeds a droplet raw material, the droplet producing device being characterized in that an inner tube discharge opening (3b) opens in an inner tube tip section (3a) formed on the downstream side in the fluid feed direction, an outer tube discharge opening (2b) similarly opens in an outer tube tip section (2a) formed on the downstream side in the fluid feed direction, and a gap (2c) is formed between the outer tube (2) and the inner tube (3). It is preferable for the inner tube discharge opening (3b) to be disposed inside the outer tube further on the upstream side in the fluid feed direction than the outer tube discharge opening (2b).
