The present invention relates to a data transmission method and a communications device. The communications device comprises a memory, a processor, and a communications interface. The memory is used for storing mapping information of data flow identifiers and physical layer transport technology identifiers. The processor is used for determining scheduled data flows; determining, according to data flow identifiers of the data flows, physical layer transport technology identifiers corresponding to the data flows from the mapping information; generating different transport blocks for the data flows corresponding to different physical layer transport technology identifiers, each of the physical layer transport technology identifiers being corresponding to one transport block; processing the transport blocks corresponding to the physical layer transport technology identifiers according to physical layer transport technologies corresponding to the physical layer transport technology identifiers, so as to generate wireless communications data; and sending the wireless communications data to a receiving end through the communications interface.
