<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an underground heat exchanger with high leakage resistance by making it possible to fuse and bond a pipe end of an outer pipe into which an inner pipe is inserted and a lid member to which the pipe end of the inner pipe is inserted and fixed from the inside of the outer pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an underground heat exchanger of a double pipe structure, the heat exchanger has an outer pipe 30 of thermoplastic resin buried in the ground, a lid member of thermoplastic resin fused and bonded one pipe end of the outer pipe and sealing the pipe end, and the inner pipe 41 fixed to the lid member with the pipe end inserted into a through-hole bored in the lid member from the inside of the outer pipe while being inserted into the outer pipe, wherein a heat medium flows into the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The method includes a lid member fusing and bonding step of water-tightly sealing the one pipe end by fusing and bonding the lid member to which the pipe end of the inner pipe is fixed to the one pipe end of the outer pipe with the inner pipe inserted into the outer pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
