<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of coating the outer circumferential side surface of an insulated pad portion 3 and an outer surface except a bonding surface of the pad portion 3 of a metal back plate 2 in a brake pad 1 where the pad portion 3 is bonded to the back plate 2 with a powder coating material A. <P>SOLUTION: The powder coating material A is adhered to the back plate 2 and the pad portion 3 without blowing off the same not by directly but by indirectly applying the powder coating material A blown from a frictional charging type coating gun 7 to the brake pad 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
