<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately perform the positioning of a pressure-insertion part which performs pressure-insertion and a cylinder head when simultaneously pressure-inserting a valve guide and a valve seat.SOLUTION: In a pressure-insertion method of a valve guide G and a valve seat S, a cylinder head 12 is transferred to a first pressure-insertion position A2, and the valve guide G and the valve seat S are simultaneously pressure-inserted into an intake valve arrangement space 40 by a pressure-insertion part 34. After that, the cylinder head 12 is transferred to a second pressure-insertion position B2, and the pressure-insertion part 34 is slide-moved along rails 32 which linearly extend between the first pressure-insertion position A2 and the second pressure-insertion position B2. Then, the valve guide G and the valve seat S are simultaneously pressure-inserted into an exhaust valve arrangement space 42 of the cylinder head 12 by the pressure-insertion part 34.</p> |
