<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV ink jet printer glossiness printing method having transparency and a high color density.SOLUTION: In a UV ink jet printer glossiness printing method having transparency and a high color density, each color ink in an ink jet module is stored in an ink cartridge, and two ink cartridges exhibit a relative symmetrical arrangement at the center line of the ink module. The printing method comprises: a step (a) of dividing workpiece having a reflection film into a plurality of continuous printing areas based on the conveying direction of the workpiece; a step (b) of performing at least three printing operations on each printing area of the reflection film of the workpiece; and a step (c) of turning ON a UV lamp on one side of the ink jet module to solidify ink jetted from the ink jet module. After the completion of the printing on the workpiece having a transparent reflection film surface, the reflection film of the workpiece is provided with high reflection and high transparency, and a high color density is set on a pattern thereon.</p> |
