<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a bathtub, in which the height of a grip can be easily and safely adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: The handrail for a bathtub includes: a handrail member having an upper grip and column supports 220 with a plurality of holes 221 formed therein; a body which is arranged on the side wall of a bathtub and supports the column supports 220; and a connection part 300 for connecting the body and the column supports 220 together. The connection part 300 includes: lock pins 310 which are inserted into at least ones of the a plurality of holes 221 in an insertable and retractable fashion; springs 330 for energizing the lock pins 310 toward inside the holes 221 of the column supports 220 from outside the holes 221; and height adjustment switches 340 which are operated by a user and function to add force on the springs 330 in the opposite direction of the energization direction of the lock pin 310 by the springs 330. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
