摘要 |
The present invention relates to an X-ray radiator and/or accelerator (1) of electrically charged particles, which comprises a pair of electrodes (2, 31) between which an electric field of high intensity is generated, wherein one of the electrodes (2, 31) comprises nanoelements with at least one dimension smaller than one micron. The invention is characterized in that at least the electrode (2, 31) comprising the nanoelements, is arranged within a space with air, gas or gas mixture atmosphere. The invention further relates also to an X-ray radiator and/or accelerator of electrically charges particles being characterized in that the electrode (2, 31) comprising the nanoelements has these nanoelements arranged opposite to the other electrode (2, 31), whereby the electric field generated between the electrodes (2, 31) is oriented in the direction to the electrode (2, 31) comprising the nanoelements. In this variant, the electrodes (2, 31) can be arranged within a space of air, gas or gas mixture atmosphere or within a space in which vacuum has been generated. |
