The present invention relates to a packing box having an improved structure so as to easily reinforce a fragile portion of a box made of a corrugated cardboard and further, stably fixate a connection structure between a reinforcing material and a corrugated cardboard. The present invention comprises: a pallet (10); a support (20) mounted on the pallet (10); a box body (30) having a body unit (31), a corner external reinforcing material (34), a corner internal reinforcing material (36), a first fixing pin (35), an inside reinforcing rod (32), and a middle inner wall reinforcing material (33); and a lid (40) having an upper plate (42), a bent edge portion (41), a lid finishing portion (43), and a reinforcing support plate (45).
