<p>The present invention relates to a method for capturing a large quantity of fish at once in an easy manner by forcibly gathering migratory fish, forming a school and migrating in the ocean, to make a bait ball. The method for capturing a large quantity of fish include the steps of: a) detecting schooling of the migratory fish by using a fishfinder; b) making a ship for gathering the migratory fish approach the schooling; c) forming the schooling into the bait ball while equipment for gathering the migratory fish is circulated and moved along the outermost portion of the schooling after joining the equipment for gathering the migratory fish with the ship for gathering the migratory fish; and d) throwing a net to the formed bait ball and capturing the migratory fish, formed in to the bait ball. The equipment for gathering the migratory fish include a joining rope and a plurality of dummy fish which are joined with the joining rope at intervals to play a role as predators. Therefore, the present invention provides the method for capturing fish very effectively by gathering a school of fish, which exists in a wide range, into the shape of the bait ball by using the fish finder.</p> |
