The present invention relates to a stator structure with wire type substrate and an electric motor including the same. The stator structure includes a rotor which rotates around a rotation shaft; a stator; a hall sensor which detects the position of the rotor; and a substrate which comprises a sensor groove which has a ring shape adjacent to the end of the stator, has a center hole with an inner diameter to be inserted into the rotor, and locates the hall sensor along the inner edge of the center hole, and a substrate body which has a combination hole of penetration shape for combining the end of a coil drawn from the stator and combines the end of the coil installed to the combination hole by using an inner pattern. Therefore, the end of the coil drawn from the stator can be easily combined by the pattern of the inner pattern. The volume and complexity of a motor according to the combination can be reduced.
