<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing orchid seedlings and, more specifically, to a method for producing orchid seedlings through regeneration after forming protocorm from orchid seeds. According to the method for producing orchid seedlings according to the present invention, a higher germination rate is shown by culturing orchid seeds having a very low germination rate in a natural state, aseptically in vitro; and orchid seedlings can be produced in volume for a short period of time. In addition, seedlings produced by the method of the present invention show significantly better growth compared to seedlings produced by solid culturing, and thus good seedlings can be produced for a short period of time.</p> |
