The present invention provides a safety traffic signal bar. A folded deployment type multistage traffic signal bar can be folded and deployed. A light emitting device is installed inside each traffic signal bar of the folded deployment type multistage traffic signal bar. A plurality of supports in a lower end of an outer circumference of a traffic signal bar placed in a lower side are axially installed by a hinge to be folded and deployed. A support bar is provided in a lower end of a traffic signal bar placed in the lowest side, and a permanent magnet is embedded in a lower end inside the support bar. A support storage chamber is formed in an outer surface of the support bar. A lower end of the supports is axially installed in a lower end of the storage chamber for the supports to be folded and deployed in the storage chamber. A handle pad is in contact with a lower end of an external portion of the traffic signal bar placed in the lowest side.
