摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fermented salt. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a fermented fruit solution by mixing an apple, a pear, grapes and a plum, which are all washed, with sugar at a ratio of 1:1 respectively, and then putting the mixture into a container and ripening the same; preparing a fermented oriental medicine solution by soaking dried milk vetch root, angelica and cnidium in water, and then mixing respectively with sugar at a ratio of 1:1, putting the mixture into a container and ripening the same; preparing a red ginseng solution by putting ginseng into an extractor and steaming the same; preparing a mixture by mixing the fermented fruit solution, the fermented oriental medicine solution and the red ginseng solution; spraying the mixture onto solar salt; and ripening the solar salt onto which the mixture has been sprayed.
