An analysis system having a processor and a memory for analyzing medical data includes: a data quantification unit that acquires, from a database, shaped information consolidating receipt information and medical checkup information of analysis subjects for each analysis subject and on a predetermined period basis, and creates quantified data by quantifying part or all of discrete values of the shaped information; a model generation unit that generates, on the basis of the shaped information and the quantified data, a graphical model in which probabilistic dependency between nodes corresponding to probability variables representing items of the shaped information is defined by one of a directed edge and an undirected edge; and a prediction unit that predicts at least one of disease onset probability and medical expense on the basis of the generated graphical model.
