Provided are: a polyurethane compound which enables the preparation of a resin composition that can be cured into a cured film having excellent weather resistance and light resistance and also having excellent flexibility and can also exhibit a low degree of shrinkage upon the curing; a resin composition containing the polyurethane compound; a cured product of the resin composition; and a method for producing the resin composition. The polyurethane compound can be produced by reacting a hydrogenated polybutadiene polyol compound (A), a polyethylene glycol (B), a polyisocyanate compound (C) and a (meth)acrylate compound having at least one hydroxy group (D) together.
